Leah is an Engineering student at Trinity and the Naughton Scholar for Louth. She achieved the top mark nationally in Technology in the Leaving Cert with a perfect score. Passionate about STEM access, she reintroduced the maths olympiad to her school and placed 7th nationally. Her 3D-printed assistive tool for people with limited hand dexterity, was trialled at Beaumont Hospital and she is now working with TCD to develop bespoke devices for people with motor neurone disease.
